The actor has “never looked back” since moving out of his and estranged wife Jennifer Lopez‘s $68 million marital home, People reported Thursday.
Not only is the Oscar winner, 52, allegedly “very focused on work and his kids,” but he’s “staying busy and happy.”
Affleck and Lopez, 55, bought their Los Angeles mansion in May 2023, nearly one year after the duo tied the knot in Las Vegas.
News broke in May that the filmmaker was living in a rental home as split speculation swirled.
By June, the “Gone Girl” star had reportedly moved his belongings out of his and Lopez’s shared property.

Affleck purchased a $20 million mansion in July, the same day that the “Let’s Get Loud” singer celebrated her 55th birthday without him in the Hamptons.
The pair were also apart on their wedding anniversary — although Lopez was photographed visiting Affleck on his 52nd birthday in August.
Later that same month, the actress filed for divorce.
Although the former couple were spotted reuniting multiple times in September, a source told People that they are “still moving forward” with their breakup.
The outlet claimed, “They all came together for a fun lunch so the kids could hang out. She is trying to be friendly with Ben.”
Affleck was previously married to Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

Lopez, for her part, is the mother of 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with her third husband, Marc Anthony.
The dancer, who also wed Cris Judd and Ojani Noa, broke her silence on her and Affleck’s split in a profile with Interview magazine last week.
“I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself. Being in a relationship doesn’t define me,” Lopez said, gushing about how “excited” she was to be single.
